Fees
Fees are based on the usual and customary rates for psychologists in this area. Payment is made at each therapy session by check or cash. I am happy to provide you with a superbill statement that you may submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.
Insurance
I am not a listed provider for any insurance company, but many plans do provide out-of network reimbursement for mental health services. I do not bill insurance companies (since I am paid directly by the patient), but am able to provide a superbill statement that can be used for filing claims with your insurance company.
Cancellation
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. You will be billed for missed appointments that are not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, you may leave a message on my voice mail.
Confidentiality
Discussions with a licensed psychologist are confidential, which means they are protected by law. I may not disclose confidential information about you without your consent. There are situations, however, in which I am legally required to break confidentiality. These include the following circumstances:
